Processing and delivery times
When your order has been placed a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. All orders are processed within 24 hours. Our warehouse is based in Melbourne, Australia, so shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please remember that our postman takes weekends off, so if you place your order on the Friday, we’ll ship it to you on the following business day (that’s Monday, unless it’s a long weekend and we’re having vodka mojitos). Purchases made on weekends or Australian public holidays will also be processed the following business day. Returns & refunds
Spray Aus will not accept any refunds or exchanges on product purchased due to health regulations. If the product purchased is defective or you feel is not as advertised, please email us at prior to returning the products and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
