International Taxes and Customs Charges

SPRAY AUS is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. If you refuse your delivery, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any applicable tax and duties charges, and the cost of returning the package and will not be entitled to a refund.

Processing and delivery times
When your order has been placed a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. All orders are processed within 24 hours. Our warehouse is based in Melbourne, Australia, so shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please remember that our postman takes weekends off, so if you place your order on the Friday, we’ll ship it to you on the following business day (that’s Monday, unless it’s a long weekend and we’re having vodka mojitos). Purchases made on weekends or Australian public holidays will also be processed the following business day. There can be unexpected delays due to sale period. Please note: confirmation emails can be found hiding in your junk folder, please double check all junk folders or email us at products@sprayaus.com.au.

Purchasing through Spray Aus is safe and secure. Your order can be paid for using the following safe and secure payment methods – Credit Card, AfterPay and Paypal.
 
Returns & refunds
Spray Aus will not accept any refunds or exchanges on product purchased due to health regulations. If the product purchased is defective or you feel is not as advertised, please email us at products@sprayaus.com.au prior to returning the products and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
In the event your goods have been damaged in transit, please email us at products@sprayaus.com.au and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
All refunds are issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase.
