We’re searching for someone who shares our passion for tanning, the beauty industry, and storytelling through content. Whether you’re curating moments behind the camera or stepping in front of it to bring our brand to life, you’ll be ready to educate, inspire, and infuse your creative energy into everything we do.

We’re looking for a creative and motivated Junior Social Media Coordinator to join our team and help bring our brand’s voice to life across digital platforms.

This is a TikTok-first role, meaning you’ll be focusing on creating engaging, scroll-stopping content for TikTok, with Instagram as our secondary platform of focus. If you’re a social-savvy individual who thrives on creativity, can spot a trend before it takes off, and knows how to make a brand shine online, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Content Creation: Plan, shoot, edit, and post daily TikTok content, experimenting with formats, trends, and storytelling styles.
• Instagram Strategy: Support content planning and posting for Instagram, ensuring cohesive messaging across platforms.
• Trendspotting: Stay on top of social trends, TikTok challenges, and viral moments, adapting them to fit our brand.
• Engagement: Actively engage with our online community by replying to comments, DMs, and fostering meaningful connections.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align content with campaigns, promotions, and brand storytelling.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor metrics, analyse content performance, and suggest improvements for future posts.
• Adhoc Tasks: Week to week there may be some tasks which are not typical or occur every week, but they are relevant to the role. For example,. we might have a need for influencer reach outs to discuss upcoming collaborations, or maybe we want you to attend an industry event to capture some BTS. Whatever it is, we'll always discuss this with you in advance to ensure it fits within the hours of your week.

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for TikTok and a solid understanding of its trends, platform features, and audience behaviors.
• Some experience with Instagram, including Stories, Reels, and overall content planning.
• Creativity, a strong sense of storytelling, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Basic video editing skills (in-app TikTok editing or software like CapCut is a bonus).
• Excellent written communication skills and a knack for capturing a brand’s tone of voice.
• A can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for social media marketing.

Preferred (But Not Essential)

• Previous internship or work experience in a social media or content creation role.
