28.10.2020 WE'RE OPEN - YAY!

We are so excited to announce we are able to reopen our studio doors.

We want to thank you for your patience.

Like most of Melbourne, the announcement yesterday that we are moving to stage 3 restrictions was a huge relief! It has been a long time coming and we want to thank you for your patience and support throughout the last 8 months.
We are so happy and excited to welcome you back into our studios as of tomorrow.
All 3 of our studios - South Yarra, Moonee Ponds and Richmond are now open to take appointments.

We're operating all of our studios under a COVID safe plan. We're confident that we can provide a truly safe environment for every person walking through our doors. More details below.

Mobile Tanning

It has also been confirmed visitors to homes are now allowed under the stage 3 restrictions. We'll still be working within the 25km rule until the 8th of November, however please submit your mobile request and we will do our best to accommodate.

IMPORTANT: As face masks must be worn at all times, this means unfortunately we won't be able to tan your face. We suggest you give yourself a spritz of Tan Mist at home 30 mins before your appointment. If you don't have a Tan Mist, don't stress, will be offering an exclusive 50% off discount* on our Tan Mist for all clients post appointment.

08.07.2020 MELB LOCKED DOWN (AGAIN) - SEE YOU IN 6 WEEKS!

We are here again. Unless the Vic Government guides us otherwise, our studios will be closed for 6 weeks from midnight, 8th July.

Our thoughts are with you first and foremost. We're thinking of those who are worst affected and feel so incredibly grateful for your support and flexibility during this trickiest of times. 

We've done this before, and together, we can do it again. 

Here's what you need to know from us:

- Any booked tans will be canceled and passes credited to your account

- Any Winter Tan Packs purchased will be updated to having no expiry date for you to us any time when we reopen

- Our online store will be open as usual for all bronzing goodies

- Read this to check how you can help slow the spread of COVID-19 in Australia, and what to do if you have symptoms.

27.05.2020 YESS! STUDIOS RE-OPENING

Our Richmond, South Yarra and Moonee Ponds studios have the OK to re-open this Monday 1st June!

Port Melbourne closed. Sadly we've had to say goodbye to our Port Melbourne studio for now, but we plan to be back. So watch this for our new pop up.

If you have a tan pass / credit - please don't stress! We will be contact you directly to work out.

21.04.2020 TEMPORARY SHIPPING DELAYS

Hello again to our beautiful Spray Aus community,
A quick note to let you know Spray Aus is continuing to follow the COVID-19 crisis closely. 
Our shipping warehouse is based in Melbourne and will continue to prepare orders during government restrictions on non-essential activity. With that said, we have ensured our warehouse are following government rules of social distancing, practicing good hygiene and implementing all required safety protocols while preparing your order.
All orders placed on our online store are being shipped as normal with Australia Post. However, we have been informed there may be some delays due to the high demand across the country, so please be aware your parcel may take a little longer than usual in transit.
Sending all our well wishes your way, take care, look after yourselves and those you adore.

24.03.2020 TEMPORARY STUDIO CLOSURE

To our Spray Aus community,
We are sure you’re aware from our emails over the past few weeks - we’ve been trying tirelessly to ensure we are able to keep welcoming our beautiful clients into our studios. We want to help make you feel your best during these challenging times.
However, the health of our clients and team is our number one priority, and as such, we have been following the government announcements and of course will be acting in accordance with their advice.
As a result, it is with a heavy heart that we announce the temporary closure of all four of our Melbourne locations. As a team we are absolutely shattered to have to close the doors to a community we have come to love wholeheartedly.


HOW DOES THIS AFFECT YOU?

  • We want to ensure that this will not be permanent, and we will be reopening our doors as soon as it is safe to do so. You will not be able to book through our booking system until further notice.
  • For all existing appointments we will be issuing credit notes with an extended usage. However, if you have any questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to reach out to us – we’re here to help you - contact@sprayaus.com.au
  • In regard to our online store, this WILL remain business as usual. All At Home and Professional products will be available for home delivery.
  • We want to thank you for your support and understanding during these challenging times.
