FAQ's

How do I use my points?

Spray Aus staff will apply them towards your visit at check out.

Can I use the points to book without paying a deposit?

On your end, no. On our end, yes. That’s why we will remind you to book in for your next event or will occasionally drop you a line to let you know, and get you booked in.

Are my points transferable between different studios?

No, as you have a seperate login at each studio.

Can I see my points in my account? How do I check my balance?

Yes. Your balance will appear at the very bottom of your invoice email. We also run weekly reports and contact clients that have unused points to get them rebooked or arrange in store product purchases. Or you can ask your tanner in-studio at your appointment.

Do my reward points expire?

Yes, after 1 year. But we will be sure to remind you regularly.

Can I use my points towards a mobile tan?

You't can't use your points on mobile tanning.

If my friend booked for me but I paid the remaining, do points go onto my account?

As your friend made the appointment in their account, the points will go to your friend’s account. So make sure you book your appointment under your name!
