Packs and bookings are not-transferable between studios.
All tans included in pack must be used before expiry, no exceptions.
There will be no refunds on unused tans.
Seasonal Tan Passes may not be used on public holidays.
Not applicable to mobile tan bookings or bridal trial tans.
Summer Tan Pass expires Feb 29, 2024.

PAYMENT
A deposit must be made upon booking your STUDIO appointment, NO exceptions. To book an appointment you must apply a voucher code or pay by credit card at the time of the online booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation / rescheduling of STUDIO appointments must be made via your account with more than 3 hours prior to your tanning appointment. You will forfeit the deposit amount if you do not cancel within the relevant time frame.
Cancellation / rescheduling of MOBILE appointments must be made via contact@sprayaus.com.au with more than 24 hours prior to your tanning appointment.
Cancellation / rescheduling of TANNING WORKSHOPS must be made via your account with more than 72 hours prior to your scheduled workshop. You will forfeit the full amount of the tanning workshop if you do not cancel within the relevant time frame.
If cancellations are made within policy your Spray Aus account will be put into credit for use towards a future booking.
All passes are non-refundable and non-transferrable between studios.
We understand sometimes unforeseeable circumstances can arise, but we have to be strict, fair and consistent with all clients across all studios, therefore, NO exceptions will be made. Late cancellations will incur a lost session.
If you are unable to attend an appointment outside policy, please let us know via contact@sprayaus.com.au so your appointment may be made available to others.
